We welcome you to join our Learning Collaborative Coffee Break in July. We’ve had tremendous success bringing our Learning Collaborative participants together on a regular basis during our Coffee Break sessions. This month, we’ll share two recent CME courses focused on food insecurity and malnutrition and consider how to best educate our physician colleagues about these issues (including through sharing these courses).
These open-format and interactive sessions allowed participants to discuss particularly challenging questions around engaging their IT teams and preparing for eCQM and outcomes data extraction in addition to QI project support. Participants are encouraged to attend and bring their questions, suggest ideas to other participants who are encountering obstacles, or listen in for inspiration.
