The Global Malnutrition Composite Score quality measure is now available for 2024 hospital reporting.
After attending this program, participants will be able to:
• Identify the prevalence of adult malnutrition in the critical care setting
• Discuss the characteristics for identifying adult malnutrition based on AND/ASPEN consensus
• Apply the knowledge of nutrition-focused physical exam within the unique challenges of the critical care setting
• Discuss practice strategies for improved patient outcomes including nutrition intervention
