The new Global Malnutrition Composite Score quality measure will be available for 2024 hospital reporting.
The malnutrition care workflow is an amalgamation of established clinical guidance on providing evidence-based nutrition care for hospitalized patients who are at-risk of malnutrition or already malnourished.
