The Global Malnutrition Composite Score quality measure is now available for 2024 hospital reporting.
This webinar will describe a refined, clinical definition of frailty for attendees so they can support changes that improve the quality of life for their clients. The webinar will present practical, validated interventions to increase robustness, improve nutrition, and promote cognitive health. Because lasting change must come from within, the webinar will demonstrate how to elicit a client’s values and internal strength through the Stages of Change model and Motivational Interviewing.
